United, a full-service facilitator for Video, TV- and media productions, acquires the corporate activities of online video specialist Quadia. With the acquisition, United broadens its service offerings in the corporate market. IMPROVED acted as the exclusive financial advisor to United in this transaction.

United is a full-service facilitator for video, TV and media products. The company is responsible for the creation, management and distribution of many national and international media productions. Some examples; Boer Zoekt Vrouw, Expedition Robinson, Eredivisie football and the MTV Europe Music Awards. In addition, United realizes the creation of video content for business customers (including McDonalds and the Ministry of Defense) and provides solutions for video-on-demand providers such as Liberty Global.

​Since 2004, Quadia has acquired a strong position in the corporate video market, with clients such as KLM, Randstad, ABN AMRO, Ahold Delhaize and Achmea. The medical branch of Quadia, which focuses primarily on providing information and refresher courses for doctors and healthcare providers, continues independently.
