Senior Energy Storage Expert Ben Hill joins the Industry Expert team at IMPROVED

Ben brings over 35 years of international leadership in renewable energy and energy storage. With senior roles at Tesla (where he was VP EMEA and led global VPP and Microgrid initiatives), Trina Solar, and BP. Ben has played a key role in scaling high-impact ventures across North America, Europe, and Asia as a founder, investor, and advisor.
He brings with him a strong entrepreneurial track record, global network, and commercial insight, all of which will enhance IMPROVED’s ability to provide tailored advisory services. This appointment will further support entrepreneurs, corporates, and investors as they navigate complex M&A and growth financing opportunities in this dynamic and fast-moving market.
