IMPROVED announced as recipient of two awards at the 14th Annual International M&A Awards
IMPROVED has been announced as a winner of two awards at the 14th Annual International M&A Awards by the M&A Advisor:
- Energy Deal of the Year – for the investment in PowerDot from Antin Infrastructure Partners
- Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year – for the sale of Rhombus Energy Solutions to BorgWarner
