Hein van der Zeeuw joins IMPROVED as Associate Partner with unrivalled expertise in High-Tech & Semiconductors
On July 1st, 2019. Hein van der Zeeuw has joined IMPROVED Corporate Finance as Associate Partner and will provide the team with a unique understanding of the innovation in technology with specific expertise in the semiconductor industry; he has over 30 years of expertise in the electronic components and semiconductors industry as a member of the Board of Management at NXP Semiconductors and Executive Vice President at Philips.
Since 2012 he is active as a company advisor, and he has held various board positions in the healthcare and high-tech industries. In 2015 he was appointed as an advisor to Philips, and recently he became a member of the Supervisory board of OCE Technologies.
Over the years he has been a team member for several M&A transactions in the semiconductor industry, and at IMPROVED he will continue to do so on current and future engagements.
Hein holds a PhD in physics from the Leiden University, the Netherlands.
