Stef is a Senior Analyst at IMPROVED.

He is committed to advising IMPROVED’s clients within the firm’s core sectors of Technology, Energy, and Mobility, ensuring they benefit from IMPROVED’s signature approach: creative, tailor-made dealmaking. As a specialist in managing end-to-end processes, Stef creates clarity and peace of mind for clients, allowing them to focus on running their day-to-day business while he drives the process forward.

Before joining IMPROVED, Stef gained relevant corporate finance experience at a hands-on M&A advisory boutique, where he actively supported shareholders and management teams in M&A and growth financing transactions.

Stef holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the same institution. In his spare time, Stef is enthusiastic about playing (and watching) sports such as football, fitness, and padel. Furthermore, he is passionate about exploring new countries to experience different cultures.
