Stef is an Analyst at IMPROVED.

He is committed to advancing the shift towards a carbon-free economy through active involvement in cross-border transactions within the Technology, Energy and Mobility sectors. Additionally, he has a strong passion for mobility, software and energy management. Stef is dedicated to leveraging this passion and knowledge to maximize value for IMPROVED and its clients.

Before joining IMPROVED, Stef gained relevant corporate finance experience during an internship at a hands-on M&A advisory boutique, where he actively supported shareholders and management teams in M&A and growth financing transactions.

Stef holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the same institution. In his spare time, Stef is enthusiastic about engaging in sports such as football and padel. Furthermore, he takes pleasure in exploring new countries, often accompanied by friends.
