Nicolas Magnus

Nicolas is Senior Analyst at IMPROVED, focusing on the E-Mobility and EV charging sectors. Having advised various industry-leading hardware and software providers on M&A sell-side and growth financing transactions, Nicolas has developed a deep understanding of the e-mobility ecosystem and the corresponding market dynamics.

Besides his strong interest in e-mobility transactions, Nicolas is actively involved in the business development and marketing initiatives of IMPROVED.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Hotel Management School of Maastricht, having graduated with a distinction.

Between his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree, Nicolas worked at several of the world’s most luxurious hotels and honed his natural hospitality skills with international commerce acumen. Nicolas’ hospitality experience has provided him with an excellent understanding of other cultures and customs, which has been invaluable for our clients undertaking cross-border activity.

Outside of office hours, Nicolas enjoys playing padel tennis, skiing, diving. Next to a healthy sports routine, Nicolas is passionate about exploring different cultures through cooking and fine wine.
