Martha is HR Manager at IMPROVED.

She is passionate about the Recruitment and HR field. From effective onboarding to fostering fulfilling and high-growth careers within IMPROVED, where everyone can work in a dynamic and inclusive team environment. With her expertise, she is dedicated to contributing to the expansion of the firm´s talent and growth.

Before joining IMPROVED, Martha gained work experience at Red Bull in the marketing and events team. She then transitioned to a role in Recruitment at international law firm Clifford Chance.

Martha studied Human Resources Management at Fontys Tilburg. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking. Alongside swimming and hitting the gym, she endeavours to travel as much as possible and discover beautiful cultures and destinations.
