Jules Lucas

Analyst

Jules is an analyst at IMPROVED.

He enjoys working closely with founders and management teams to support them at critical strategic and transactional milestones. At IMPROVED, he is particularly interested in how well‑aligned transactions can bring together entrepreneurs and investors to create long‑term value, especially in sectors shaping the energy transition and addressing climate‑related challenges.

Prior to joining IMPROVED, Jules developed a financial and investment background with internships at different financial institutions.

Jules holds a Bachelor’s degree from Nyenrode Business University, and a Master’s degree from IE Business School in Madrid. Next to this he gained more international experience with exchanges to Georgetown University in Washington and Skema Business School in North Carolina. Outside of work he enjoys playing sports and cooking, as well as travelling and experiencing new cultures.
