Jelle Walsteijn

Jelle is a Senior Associate at IMPROVED.

Jelle has worked on several transactions in the Transport and Energy sectors, with a special interest in Supply Chain Innovation and Tech-Enabled Mobility deals. Extensive commercial experience and a deep understanding of platform companies make Jelle a valued member of every deal team. His specialist skill lies within project management, where he is able to take complex processes and distil these into easily comprehensible matters.

Jelle previously worked in the finance department of an established FMCG multinational, where he was actively involved in the monthly financial reporting and modelling. Before that, Jelle worked in several commercial roles at a leading market research firm in the foodservice industry with global food brands such as Coca-Cola and Unilever as its customers.

Jelle holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management. He also has an International Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. In his free time, Jelle can be found commanding the water in a sailing yacht or taking on his peers on the golf course. He is also a keen guitarist and has been known to entertain a lively crowd.
