Hans is a country advisor for the North American market and advises clients and partners on local regulation and Tech M&A market dynamics.

Hans has held several CEO positions at private and publicly listed Tech companies, including Elsevier, LexisNexis Group, Houghton Mifflin, Monster.com and Cision Group, where he has been involved in numerous complex cross-border transactions.

He is currently the Chairman of OneOcean Group, a software and intelligence company providing services to the maritime industry. His remit at OneOcean Group involves leveraging the convergence of content, data and services into content-rich SaaS workflow software solutions.

Hans has a BSc in Marketing and Business Administration from the Netherlands Institute of Marketing.
