Gali acts as the firm’s regional advisor across Israel and the Middle East. Gali is an experienced deal-maker with a diversified legal, investment and business background.

Gali is Founder and Managing Director of GNS Capital focusing on business development, M&A and capital raising advisory. Gali is renowned for her 20 years plus of experience having negotiated and closed tens of investments and M&A transactions. Her extensive network in Israel and abroad provides IMPROVED and its clients and partners with a leading edge in understanding the local dynamics and identifying prime M&A and investment opportunities.

Gali has held senior positions at Kardan N.V. and at American Israeli private equity fund Markstone. Prior to these roles, she worked as an M&A lawyer at Caspi & Co for 9 years.

Gali works closely with IMPROVED and its clients, implementing her professional experience and expertise and providing them with key insights into the local market.

Gali obtained her law degree from Tel Aviv University with a LLM qualification in Commercial Law. She also holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the Recanati Business School of Tel Aviv University.
