Bram is an Associate Partner at IMPROVED.

As a seasoned Corporate Strategy expert in the Automotive and (New) Mobility sectors, Bram will support IMPROVED and its clients on key strategic topics, including M&A and growth financing advisory.

Bram brings over 30 years of executive management experience, acquired through various executive and board member positions, lastly as a member of the VW Group Board, CEO and Chairman of the Board at Audi AG and Vice-Chairman of Porsche Holding in Salzburg.

Currently, Bram holds multiple non-executive board member and sr. advisory roles – at a.o. Shell plc, Carlyle Group, Global Cleantech Capital,  Cognizant, Signify, SDA Bocconi, ADS-Tec, Next Mobility Labs, and is nominated to join the Board of Directors of Richemont SA. Besides that, he is an active investor in several mobility, energy and tech domains.

Bram holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford. Throughout his career, Bram concluded numerous courses, including at Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, and Insead Fontainebleau Business School.
