Angela is a Senior Associate at IMPROVED.

Angela’s main expertise lies within SaaS and IT services sectors, and she has been involved in various mid-market cross-border transactions across these industries.

Before joining IMPROVED, Angela worked with tech-focused M&A advisors GP Bullhound, Silverpeak and Avendus Capital. She started her career with Deloitte as part of their valuation team.

Angela holds a Masters in Finance degree from Bayes Business School and a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna. She is a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys a good mix of sports and relaxation, such as skiing, Tai Chi, reading or playing video games.
