Adam Chassin is an Associate Partner at IMPROVED.

With more than 15 years of experience in leading teams in some of the world’s most recognised and high-growth technology and logistics companies, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to IMPROVED’s deal-making capabilities.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Volta Trucks, a company that raised nearly EUR 350mn in investment funding, he led the commercial growth of one of Europe’s most ambitious full-electric commercial vehicle manufacturers pioneering sustainable last-mile logistics. Prior to Volta Trucks, Adam served as Chief Commercial Officer at InstaFreight, where he helped accelerate the company’s ambition to become Europe’s leading digital freight platform, improving supply chain visibility, efficiency and routing optimisation across road logistics networks.  Earlier in his career, Adam held senior roles at Amazon and Uber. At Amazon, Adam led the strategic business development team, with responsibility for strategic partnerships and launching new Amazon businesses such as Prime Now, Amazon’s global two-hour delivery service.  At Uber, Adam served as Head of Business for Europe, driving growth through large-scale partnerships across the continent. Most recently, Adam has been working with technology companies focused on supply chain decarbonisation as an advisor, board member and investor.
