She enjoys working on complex transactions within the spheres of Technology, Energy, and Mobility. She is particularly passionate about green innovation and businesses championing the shift towards clean energy.

Prior to IMPROVED, Henriëtte gained experience in the Global Control & Strategy and Global Businesses groups at a Fortune 500 company. She worked on several financial and strategic projects to ensure the long-term success and growth of the business.

Henriëtte holds a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She also has a Master of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. In her spare time, she enjoys political thrillers, the outdoors, modern art, and wine tasting.
